There was a heated panel discussion on Pan African Television's political talk show dubbed Alhaji and Alhaji this morning, Saturday 17th April, 2021. A forray of messages were sent by listeners of programme hammering on the poor state of the economy and governance currently experienced by most Ghanaians.
Alexander Martey of the New Patriotic Party quickly said that, people who send messages to this programme are all members of the National Democratic Congress.
His submission did not go down well with veteran journalist Kwasi Pratt Junior. Who said that Pan African Television and Alhaji and Alhaji are not owned by the National Democratic Congress.
Kwasi Pratt said, " if we have control over the choice of panelists but how can we control those sending the messages. You running away from the reality."

He said, " I have tolerated some of your comment for some time, but let me respond to this one. When Alhaji and Alhaji started, some of your stalwarts were regular features. Kennedy Agyapong and your Former General Secretary Kwabena Agyei Agyapong used to be on the show.
"It was until when your leaders decided to withdraw their members, that created the impression that the show was an NDC show. Ask the host how struggles to get your people to come".
