Host of Onua Maakye show on Onua TV, Captain Smart has sent some messages to the Convention People's Party(CPP).
Speaking on Onua Maakye show on Onua TV this morning, Captain Smart made it clear to the CPP that the spirit of the country and also Ghanaians are ready to help them take over power from the NPP. According to him, Ghanaians wish to see massive development that was done during the tenure of Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, who happens to a member of the CPP when he was president.
He added that both NPP and NDC have failed Ghanaians and people have realised that it is time to have a 'taste' of another political party. For this reason, he made it clear that Ghanaians will surely give the CPP the needed support if the party executives also get ready for them.
Having said that, Captain Smart made it clear to them that even though Ghanaians are ready to give power to the CPP, the executives of the party are not ready to make this come into reality.
He explained by revealing that every current executive of the CPP belongs to one of the major political parties in Ghana(NPP and NDC). He added that both NPP and NDC always make sure that they get a representative in the executives of the CPP so that they can have influence on them. With this, Captain Smart believes that CPP will never come to power if such habit doesn't stop.
"Anytime the CPP becomes a formidable force, both NPP and NDC begins to shake and get scared. That is why NDC want to have some executives in the CPP who also belong to the NDC. The NPP also want to have executives who belong to both NPP and CPP" he said.
Captain Smart made it clear that the hardships and the current state of the Ghanaian economy should be blamed on the NPP and the NDC. This is because, they have been mismanaging the country for several years. He also blamed the CPP for failing to do the needful in helping to break the chain of the NPP - NDC cycle.
