"2024 Election Will Be Do Or Die For Us" - John Mahama Reveals

Ghana went to the polls in 7th December, 2020 to elect both Members of Parliament and the President. After the election, it was announced by the Electoral Commisioner, Jean Adukwei Mensa that Nana Addo Danquah Akuffo-Addo who contested on the ticket of the New Patriotic Party has come out victorious. This news didn't go well with the flag bearer of National Democratic Congress party, John Dramani Mahama who took the election to the supreme court.

After thorough hearing from the court the election petition was dismissed for lack of substantial evidence.

This month, Ex Pres. John Dramani Mahama is on a "Thank You" tour to thank the majority of Ghanaians who believed in the policies of the NDC and voted for them. He is currently in the Bono Region. As part of his thank you tour, he has earlier today revealed on Akina Radio which is in Bono Region, that the upcoming election which will be contested in 2024, the is a "do or die" for the NDC. He corrected his speech by saying he does not mean "all die be die" but what the "do or die" statement he said means is that they will make sure they win at the polling station so that no one rigs the election at the constituency or regional level.

What do you think about the statement of the Ex President? Can the NDC win power in 2024? Let us know what you think in the comment section.
