NDC, has Declared 3 days of Fasting and Prayers, is it really the magic for their comeback?

The programme which is starting from today with the theme “The horse is prepared for the battle, but victory is in the hands of the Lord”- Proverbs 21:31, these prayers will be done by members of the party in other to intercede on their behalf ahead of the December 7 general election.

The prayer is also an aid for peace and stability for the country, a press statement which was delivered today Thursday, November 5, 2020 by their National Chairman Mr. Samuel Ofosu Ampofo. He stated that he invites Ghanaians to join them in praying and interceding for the peace and stability of Ghana as the nations is preparing for its general election.

Ampofo said; He believes our nation requires God’s divine intervention to halt the recent arm robbery, killings and violent crimes are ongoing across the length and breadth of the country in the run-up to this year’s elections.

He further stated that the NDC party recognized that it is God who chooses good leaders for a nation, there for there is the need for them to be fasting and praying for victory for their Flag-bearer and Parliamentary Candidates in the upcoming elections.

The prayer meeting will be held at the party’s National Headquarters coming Saturday, November 7, 2020 and climaxed with a church service on Sunday, November 8, 2020 at the Royal House Chapel International in Accra.

He concluded by saying that all officials, members and sympathizers of the NDC, as well as the general public to participate in the programme which he believes will determine and shape the destiny and future of the country.
