CPP Won't Allow History To Be Unwritten- Nana Yaa Jantuah: CPP General Secretary [+VIDEO]

The general secretary of the Convention People's Party (CPP) known as Nana Yaa Jantuah has revealed the intention of her party in contrast to the current situation of the country. This momentous revelation was made at a media's morning show on Wednesday, 22nd September, 2021.

She revealed the recent exemption of public holidays in the calender year, which was done by the current government -NPP. She claimed that the country was previously learning on sand and uncivilized school building until Kwame Nkrumah built some schools which could cater for the country but "ancient folds" have made up their minds to object to everything Kwame Nkrumah has done. As a result, several public holidays which are to remember and honor the good and provocative works of Kwame Nkrumah have been eliminated. Among these are the Kwame Nkrumah memorial day which is celebrated on 21st September of every year and is declared as public holiday and not celebrated properly, but they the CPP honor this day because it is their founder's Birthday. Also, Republic Day which is celebrated on 1st July of every year but has been eliminated and she claim it pains her a lot, as well as the elimination of the African Union Day (AU) which she also claimed it is because Kwame Nkrumah was its founder.

She further argued that, Kwame Nkrumah's remembrance days have been eliminated suddenly or gradually, but his asserts or archievements are currently being used, such as the motorway which people use to reach to and fro the port and the port itself. She claimed these facilities should also be "closed" because the government have concluded that anything made by Kwame Nkrumah isn't worthwhile per his deeds.

Moreso, she further explained her claim of the "ancient folds" she mentioned earlier. She claimed that these 'ancient folds' are people who are the enermy of Kwame Nkrumah, and that they those you know and acknowledge history won't object to whatever Kwame Nkrumah has done, such as the NLM, NLC and those who made a coup in 1966.

She also claimed Kwame Nkrumah was the only president to have suffered 6 coup d'etat and also it was during his era or reign that there was the first firing of bombs.
