NDC is over criticizing the majority in parliament

Deputy Majority Leader in parliament, Hon Alexander Afenyo-Markin in an interview with the media opined that the main opposition party NDC are fond of criticizing the ruling NPP government on economy without proffering necessary solutions.

Meanwhile Western North Regional Research and Elections Officer of the NDC Lawyer Stephen Kingsley Bennieh has boldly retaliated that their opponent hates corrections and solutions that would propel Ghana's economy into a better status.

Lawyer Bennieh granting an interview to Awuku Addo on Okyeame Radio Adekyee Mu Nsem show noted that they have severally proffered advise, solutions to the ruling government but their proposals yielded no positive outcomes rather rejections.

According to him, when majority of the MPs endorse the electronic transaction levy it will automatically stand and vice versa however, he subtly infused that if the parliamentarians of both parties are mindful of the nation and its citizenry they will not in any way succumb to the MoMo tax proposed in the budget and he believes that the lawmakers will by hook or crook resist the nuisance taxes in the 2022 budget.
