What many never knew or never expected from this: He is an ordained Reverend Minister with Archbishop Duncan Williams Action Chapel International and he is serving actively as the local Resident Pastor.Action Young Adults, the Youth and Young Adult's wing of the entire Action Chapel International based at the renowned Prayer Cathedral on the Spintex Road, geared up towards soul Winning & Revival. Edward Agyekum Kufuor is also currently an Executive Member of the Governing Council of the Asian-African Chamber of Commerce and Industry – AACCI, a trans-national chamber with governance, board advisory and oversight responsibilities over two of the world’s largest continents with coverage of over 100 member countries.
A Computer Science, Business Management concentration graduate (Dillard University, USA), Edward ventured early into the world of business/entrepreneurship and has built an extensive network of local and international partners in sectors including agriculture, energy and the services industry. Edward firmly believes that economic growth is achieved by international and strategic investment in scalable businesses to create local employment. He is a successful agriculturist, single handedly providing employment to over 140 people.In responding to the needs of the youth, he co-founded Ntetsia, an organization that provides business advisory and mentoring to over 20,000 young entrepreneurs nationwide. As a Youth Advocate, he is passionate about holistically empowering young people to fulfill their potential through mentoring and philanthropic support.

He is also a budding Politician, a Motivational Speaker and an Actor. He once contested for the West Ayawaso Waguon Constituency Parliamentary Candidate but had to resign for the current MP. “I decided after the vetting where I saw Madam Lydia, based on the regard I have for the late MP, felt uncomfortable contending with her [Madam Lydia]. I respect the man, I appreciate what he has done, and I look up to the man. I felt I had the capacity and I still do have the capacity, I felt it would have been okay for me to stand on his shoulders to build on the good works that he had accomplished. But when I came to the realization that she was in the race, I had a change of mind,” he had explained. One can only expect his big return sometime later in Ghana's politics.
Mr. Edward Agyekum Kufuor hails from one of Ghana’s prominent political families. He is the second son of the Former President of the Republic of Ghana (2001-2009), His Excellency John Agyekum Kufuor.( Also served as Chairman of the African Union- AU from 2007 to 2008).
