Some concern young men and women in the Sawla-Tuna-Kalba District in the Savannah region of Ghana organized a conference in the Sawla township on the 1st of February, 2021.

At the conference, they made their intentions very clear that they are appealing to the president of the republic of Ghana His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo to maintained Hon. Lawal Tamimu as the District Chief executive of the STK District.

They continued by saying, Lawal Tamimu is a hardworking and a discipline person which characterizes their love for him and hence, want him to be maintained in order to continue where he has stopped as far as his developmental projects are concerned.
