African leaders are known for corruption and many other bad deeds which is been used by the whites to tarnish our image. Now let's check out the top list;
John Pombe Joseph Magufuli was the fifth president of Tanzania, serving from 2015 until his death in 2021. He served as Minister of Works, Transport and Communications from 2000 to 2005 and 2010 to 2015 and was chairman of the Southern African Development Community from 2019 to 2020. John made his country to one of the best growing economically in just six years.
Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo-Addo is a Ghanaian politician who is the current president of the Republic of Ghana. He has been in office since 7 January 2017. He was re-elected for his second term which will end on January 6th, 2025. Nana Addo made his country second level education that is Secondary School free of charge to all the citizens in Ghana and also fought corruption in his first term. There have been quite challenges in his second term as crime rates is suddenly about to rise.

Danny Faure is a Seychellois politician who was President of Seychelles from 16 October 2016 until 26 October 2020. Previously, he served as Vice President of Seychelles from 2010 to 2016. Faure is a member of the United Seychelles Party. Danny transformed the country into one of the cleanest and economically growth country.

Abiy Ahmed Ali is an Ethiopian politician serving as 4th Prime Minister of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia since 2 April 2018. This man has been successfully downgrade the rate of corruption in Ethiopia and has managed the country well.
1 Paul Kagame - Rwanda
Paul Kagame is a Rwandan politician and former military leader. He is the sixth and current president of Rwanda, having taken office in 2000. This man transformed the state of Rwanda from civil wars to be the best African country in terms of cleanness and economically strong.
