Following the ongoing election petition filed to the supreme court by the leader of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) John Dramani Mahama, declaring last year’s election as a “flawed election”.

Yesterday saw another day on the hearing over the petition. Already the petitioner told the court he has closed his case and waiting for Jean Mensah to be cross-examined. Unfortunately, that motion was ruled out by the court, which stated the EC chairperson can’t be compelled.

After the petitioner applied to reopen the case. The hearing took place today and adjourned to today.
