Captain Smart has outlined various measures that need to be taken out in order to strengthen the fists of the hands that will fight corruption in Ghana, if the stakeholders are really interested in fighting it. The office of the special prosecutor was created as a fulfilment of the promise of the NPP led by Nana Akufo-Addo. The officer, since its creation, has seen its own challenges, with the appointed officer resigning late 2020.
To continue with the fight, which captain Smart described as almost impossible to go through with it, there was the need to have another person appointed to that office. Kissi Agyebeng, the newly appointed special prosecutor has been advised by Captain Smart concerning his office and the work he has been assigned.
According to the journalist, Agyebeng has be wary of his eating habits, he has to make sure to eat from his wife alone or not to buy food from the same place twice. His security should also be intensified everywhere he goes because the lions of corruption have started roaring loudly. Captain Smart gave these pieces of advice on the Smart show on Monday night 21st June 2021, on The Smart TV.
