Kevin Taylor today has angrily fired the executives of the National Democratic Congress for their recent silence on certain key issues. He expressed his total disappointment in the NDC for not supporting the #fixthecountry campaign. He disclosed that the intent behind the silence of the NDC is because they fear that the members of the NPP would accuse them of being the main motive behind the #fixthecountry campaign. According to Kevin Taylor, it is a very "stupid" move of the NDC to be silent.
This informed his decision to make the bold declaration and order that the National Communication Officer of the National Democratic Congress, Sammy Gyamfi, must come out to publicly declare his support for the #fixthecountry campaign. He explained that although it is a political move, all members of the National Democratic Congress including Sammy Gyamfi, are citizens of Ghana.
He gave a scenario that provided the campaign had happened in 2015, the NPP would have fully declared their support.
