President of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo is very vibrant on social media, especially during the times he was just a candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP). He made a lot of promises and said a lot of impressive things on his official and verified Twitter handle before the 2016 elections and even some elections before that.
Today, we look at one of the famous tweets the then-candidate, Akufo-Addo made and we ask our readers whether or not that is the case now as he is the President of the country for the past five years. Therefore, we are more unless assessing Akufo-Addo and his governance so far. Don't forget to leave your comments and thoughts below.
In July 2016, Akufo-Addo tweeted that he and his party, the New Patriotic Party will be coming to power not to get rich but rather to provide service and leadership for the good people of Ghana. He added that God even knows that Ghanaians need it. Do you think that is currently the case for this government after they being in power for five years? Do you think that indeed they are not enriching themselves and Ghanaians are getting the needed service and leadership like Akufo-Addo promised in 2016?
