Journalist Oheneba Boamah Bennie of Power FM jailed 14 days in Accra High Court, after he was found guilty of contempt of court. He accused President Akufo-Addo of attempting to influence them in case of any election petition. The journalist was also fined Gh¢3,000 by the court presided over by Justice Elfreda Dankyi who said the 36-year-old was guilty of the charge against him.

He once again alleged that the government is running away from going to IMF, because they afraid thorough audit check.
