It was not long ago that former first lady, her excellency Lordina Mahama got acknowledged for her great achievements while in office. She received an award of Best Cheritable Foundation in Africa. It could be recalled that, when her husband was in office, she set up a charity Foundation.
Many social media users have applauded her for winning such an enviable and remarkable award. As usual, as the award is politically related, people from the other side claim she didn't do anything to deserve such an award.
The award caught the attention of legal practitioner and the National Communications officer of the NDC, Sammy Gyamfi which made him to congratulate her on twitter. It is after his post that triggered netizens to react. They are comparing and contrasting the achievements of Her excellencies Rebecca Akuffo Addo and Lordina Mahama. One social media user commented that, the foundation of Lordina Mahama only became effective when elections were drawing nearer but Rebecca Akuffo Addo's own is different.
Others are also of the view that, National development is every Ghanaian responsibility and both first ladies are trying their best to develop the Nation so it is those with political spectacle that is trying to draw a line between them.
