The Second Lady of the Republic of Ghana, Her Excellency Samira Bawumia has brought her tour to the Savannah Region to an end today.
She was accompanied by New Patriotic Parliamentary (NPP) Candidate for Damongo Constituency, Lawyer Abu Jinapor who will be battling with the NDC incumbent Member of Parliament of the constituency, Hon. Adam Mutawakilu in the December polls.
Samira Bawumia and Abu Jinapor were welcomed in the region by charming, massive and incredible supporters and fans of these communities in the Region.
Mrs. Samira Bawumia was also welcomed by stunning and beautiful Northern ladies. Each of these ladies hold a calabash which being use to demonstrate a Northern tradition in presenting gift to a guests.
The Northern region is rich in tradition. These young gentlemen in the above picture welcomed the Second Lady with their songs and traditional drums. They really respect and celebrate one of their own and people in authority.
Some of the NPP supporters were also seen in party T-Shirt which demonstrate their patriotism for the party. Some the elder people were also seen with Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo's flyers.
Samira Bawumia and Abu Jinapor also paid a visit to the Gonja King. And they stressed to the people that the Nana Addo led administration have performed better the NDC so they should give them four more years to continue the good works.
