It is said that women can even do better if they are given the chance. Going through the history of Ghana, those who usually hold office to do something for the country are mostly men. The number of women in the government would be very small.
This has been going on and there have been many voices that are suggesting that women should be given the chance to hold offices and play roles in the country.
Bashiratu Kamal is a Gender and Labour Specialist. On Adom TV, this woman was called to say something about Nana Addo's government concerning women and his ministerial appointment. This is what Mrs Bashiratu Kamal said.

“ Though Nana Addo has increased the number of women in his ministerial appointment but it is now enough as we expected and it is very bad that women are not given the chance to do something for the country ". She said.
