Former deputy minister of trade and industry and member of parliament for Tamale central constituency, Hon Ibrahim Mohammed Murtala has descended heavily on Metro TV's Paul Adom Okyere for attacking him on his mental state.
Solving his personal vendetta against the journalist, Murtala Mohammed questioned what authority Paul Adom Okyere has that he can call out his name and ask whether he is right in his mind.
He challenged that if Paul Adom Okyere think he is sane than him, they should goto hospital for a check up to know who is really in his right in his mind. He said Paul Adom Okyere questioned whether he was fit to be the member of parliament for his constituency.
Speaking this morning on TV's Newday program with Johnny Hudges, Murtala Mohammed expressed disappointment in Paul's comments and said Paul should have attacked the National Democratic Congress instead of his personality.
He said even Paul Adom Okyere cannot stand elections with win. "Paul Adom Okyere is having psychological issues, he needs help, he cannot even stand and win an election, not even a student elections "
