December Elections : Latest IEA Poll Reveals Interesting Outcome On Akufo-Addo's Performance

With just 49 days left for Ghanaians to go to the polls to elect a President and Members of Parliament, a lot of organizations have started conducting polls to predict the likely outcome of the elections in December which promises to be keenly competitive.

One of such polls is a recent poll conducted by one of Ghana's most credible Think Tanks, the Institute of Economic Affairs (IEA) which was to find out how satisfied Ghanaians are with the performance of the current Akufo-Addo led Government over the past 4 years.

At the end of the poll which lasted for 3 days, 57.3 % of the over 5,000 respondents indicated that, they are very sat with the current Government.

Another 29 % of the respondents indicated that, they are very dissatisfied with the performance of the current Government, with 7.4 % and 6.3 % been dissatisfied and satisfied respectively.

If the results of this latest poll from the IEA is anything to go by, then the current Government is seen to be performing well as majority of the respondents voted.

On the other hand, the current Government should not be complacent about this poll as this is only a section of Ghanaians who took part in the poll and cannot therefore represent the verdict of all Ghanaians.

What do you make of this poll?
