'If Parliament Throws Away The LGBTQI Bill, Then Disaster Will Happen In Ghana' - Prof. Joseph

Professor Joseph Osafo says, if the parliament throws away the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and intersex bill, what will happen in this country will be very sad.

This is because, our country, Ghana is already facing economic crisis and the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and intersex is increasing it as citizens of Ghana are debating on the bill just for it to be passed in Parliament.

So if the parliament makes a mistake and throw away the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and intersex bill just for them to be free from all the debates, then Ghana is going to suffer because the economic crisis will increase.

Ghana is a developing country and all the countries practicing homosexuality are older and advanced in technology.

So it will be advisable for the parliament to look at the condition of Ghana and pass the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and intersex bill.
