Nana Kweku Antwi, popularly known as Rev. Obofour, is the leader of the Annointed Palace Church with major branches in Kumasi and Accra. He is noted for flaunting his riches and also committed to humanitarian activities.
Rev. Obofour is also known for having serious issues with other popular pastors and spiritualists including Obinim and Nana Agradaa.
After the birth of his Triplets, Rev. Obofour has been quiet in the public space although he's still active in his church activities.
However, the Rev. has angrily called on Nana Agradaa, the self-acclaimed richest priestess in Ghana, to retract certain false statements she made about him and his family on her TV station (Thunder TV).
Rev. Obofour further cautioned Nana Agradaa of a possible lawsuit if she fails to show him and his family the needed respect respect but rather chooses to insult and spread false information about them.
From all indications, Rev. Obofour has been hardly hit by some comments made by the priestess and subsequently couldn't hold it this time around.
It has been a while since Ghana had some of her spiritual leaders fighting each other. As such, a beef of this nature is highly needless amid impending "Dumsor" and other social issues which need much attention.
This platform is, therefore, calling on both parties to settle their issues privately and amicably to avoid possible lawsuits, waste of time and energy and maintain the peace Ghanaians are trying to enjoy in the face of Covid-19 and Dumsor.
