The late member of Parliament for the Mfantseman Constituency known as Hon. Ekow Quansah Hayford was reported dead on the 9th of October, 2020 after he was shot dead by a suspected Armed Robbers as he was returning from a campaign program with his team at late night.
Hon Ekow Quansah was shot together with his driver who also passed on upon his arrival at the hospital.
Ekow Quansah Hayford who passed on at the age of 49 demise has been a big lost to the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and the Mfantseman Constituency as a whole due to how generous and helped he was to his Constituency and a good ambassador to the New Patriotic Party with his loyalty and good works done.
His better half (wife) who is known as Mrs Ophelia Hayford is the replacement for his husband as the acting Member of Parliament for Mfantseman Constituency as she is anticipating to be officially elected at the 2020 Polls if she wins in the Mfantseman Constituency.
However, Hon Ekow Quansah Hayford was finally sent to his eternal resting place yesterday as his final funeral rite was held. It was a successful one of course despite the sadness from mourners expressions.

For the time being, The Canopy walkway Graveyard where Hon Ekow Quansah was buried at the Mfantseman has surfaced online from when mourners joined the convoy to the Cemetery where he was buried. Hon Ekow Quansah was not buried in the midst of graveyards but was buried at a private place.
