Attacks By 'The Mahama Bloc' On Bagbin And Haruna Must Stop- Dela Coffie Warns

An activist of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Dela Coffie has accused loyalists of former President John Dramani Mahama, of attacking the Honourable Speaker of Parliament, Alban Bagbin, and the Minority Leader, Haruna Iddrisu over the vetting and of Ministers appointed by President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo. Dela Coffie was very emphatic in laying accusations at supporters of Mr. Mahama, and thus extended to include the National Communications Officer for the party, Sammy Gyamfi as being complicit to these attacks on the Speaker and Minority leader, who are aligned to the NDC party.

He exclaimed these attacks better stop, threatening that "the 2024 Agenda is in full swing". On his Facebook page, Dela Coffie warned that Sammy Gyamfi's continued attacks won't be taken likely going forward and this hired that he would be dealt later on.

"The Mahama bloc in the NDC has unleashed its attack dogs on the Speaker of Parliament - Hon Alban Bagbin and the Haruna Iddrisu led minority leadership in parliament. The agenda 2024 power play is in full swing. As for Sammy Gyamfi's foolhardiness, we'll tackle it in due course."

It could be said that a recent post by Sammy Gyamfi, in which he attacked the integrity of Hon. Bagbin and Haruna Iddrisu, is what caused Dela's fury. The NDC Communications Officer, Sammy Gyamfi is reported to have gone the extreme in accusing the party leadership in parliament for being betrayers of an agenda the party had set.

Dela Coffie cautioned the 'Mahama frontmen' to cease their attacks on leadership of the party and other eminent persons of the party.

"But then, the Mahama frontmen must stop acting like the arsonist who always expects to take credit for having extinguished the fire that they set. They cannot starts a fire and then calls the fire department acting like heroes."
