Mr. John Boadu, the General Secretary of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), has urged for unity among the party's ranks in order to cement the victories won in recent years.

He stated that the party's resolve to retain power in 2024 and end the eight-year governing cycle could be realized if members stayed unified.

"Let's put our disagreements aside and invite all those who have left the party for one reason or another back on board because we need all of our members' efforts and energies to achieve that agenda," he said.

The call was made by the NPP General Secretary, Mr John Boadu, during his address to the North East Regional Executive of the party's annual delegates conference in Nalerigu.
