Nasara Coordinator Advises Allan Cash And Bawumia Groups To Respect The Constitution Of The Npp

The Npp Nasara Coordinator for Suame Constituency in Kumasi of the Ashanti Region, Alhaji Eliasu Ipala has stressed the need for the party activists especially the supporters of Dr Bawumia and Allan Kwadwo Kyeremanteng to be law abiding and comply with the party Constitution when they are dealing with the issues that boarder on politics.

Alhaji Ipala made the assertion in reaction to the issue where some followers of Allan Cash and Dr Bawumia have been allegedly violating the Npp Constitution in their bids to campaign and promote the presidential ambitions of the two gentlemen.

According to Ipala who is also known as Kasanipaho, the National Executive members of the party have recently cautioned against attitudes that tend to violate the party's Constitution, the practices are still going on.

Kasanipaho cited the recent Allan Cash Health Walk program in Kumasi and the Chairman Wontumi's pro Bawumia campaigns at Wontumi Radio and Television as some of the clear constitutional blunder instances the supporters of the two high ranking politicians have been embarking upon.

Alhaji Kasanipaho observed that the polling stations, constituencies and National elections have ended peacefully awaiting for the Presidential hopefuls elections.

But from what Ghanaians are witnessing from the political backyards from both the Allan Cash and Dr Bawumia show that if care is not taken confusion will take place before the final elections of the Npp flagbearership contest.

Alhaji Ipala said considering the Npp as a peaceful party hence he is throwing a challenge to Dr Bawumia and the Trade Minister to advise their supporters to avoid declaring their open support until the right time comes.

Almost every party member is aware of both Bawumia and Allan Cash intentions to contest in the race of the presidential elections of the Npp, but the National Executives per the Npp constitution have not make it known to merit supporters to show their open support for their candidates.

Therefore per the party's constitution anyone spotted to have showing open support for any party contestant is liable for an offence, Kasanipaho reiterated.

Having given the advise the Suame Npp coordinator indicated that though one can waste his money and strength to campaign and convince delegates to vote for his choice, but it could be likely that the same delegates can disappoint your choice.

Therefore the Npp as one of the biggest political parties in the country there is the need for us to respect our party's constitution no matter how we see ourselves in the Npp, Kasanipaho concluded.
