Ken Agyapong congratulates new NPP national officers

Assin North MP Kennedy Ohene Agyapong has praised the party for a peaceful convention and the newly elected executives who emerged successful in the Central Region elections.

To win the 2024 general elections, Kennedy Ohene Agyapong has advised the incoming executives to unite with their rivals and fight for unity.

... I urge our new national officers to reach out and bring on board their fellow competitors who were not victorious on the day,' President 2024 said in a statement signed by Ken '4' If we want to help Ghanaians rediscover their optimism, we need to work together as a party. I'm reiterating my call for all ex-executives to stay involved in the Party's activities.

It went on to say, "This is a clear display of confidence and desire to rise up for the next challenge that will soon hit the NPP to break the '8' ".

Elections for the party's new leadership were held during the recently concluded national delegates conference, which took place in the Accra Sports stadium on Saturday, July 16, and ended early on Sunday morning, July 17.

The 'Holding Together, Working Together' convention attracted over 6,000 delegates, with over 40 candidates vying for 10 posts.

However, all eight of the posts were filled by newcomers, with the exception of the roles of National Women's Organizer and Nasara Coordinator being retained.
