Member of Parliament for Afigya Kwabre North, Collins Adomako Mensah has disclosed that if the New Patriotic Party (NPP),wants to retain power they must fulfill this promise. According to him, there are lot of countless number of brown envelopes in his car and they are all Curriculum Vitae (CV's). When you open the CV's, they are all graduates from the prominent Universities in the country having 1st and 2nd class.
He posited that, in his constituency the youth are the majority which ranges from sixty to seventy percent and many are unemployed. Hon. Adomako Mensah pleads his own government led by President Akuffo-Addo to provide employment for the youth.
In addressing on Peace FM, Monday, July 12, 2021, disclosed that his government is doing better in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), and urged them to do more. The ultra modern sports centres built, Toyota company commissioned in Ghana, all the engineers are Ghanaians and Planting for Food and Jobs etc, all of them are to reduce the influx of unemployment in the country.
TVET is very important and the governing New Patriotic Party must concentrate on that. Because the only way NPP can remain in power for so many years is to provide job for the youth. Most of them are very intelligent and if we don't channeled them to proper use they may become intelligent criminals.
