Renowned Ghanaian Law Professor and controversial social media personality, Mr. Stephen Kwaku Asare A.K.A. Kwaku Azar has just dropped another fresh statement concerning the 2020 presidential election petition case. He dropped this message few minutes ago on his official Facebook page and Netizens can't stop talking about it.

According to the Law Professor, it is very disturbing that Former President John Dramani Mahama (petitioner) has failed to file his closing statements as ordered by the Supreme Court of Justice. He said he understands that he ( Mahama) has filed a review and stay but he ( Kwaku Azar) doesn't feel it's enough for him to ignore what the court ordered him to do.

Mr. Kwaku Azar stated clearly that in his own opinion; the petitioner should file a provisional statement with a caveat that it is not complete and will be substantially revised after he has called the election manager into the witness box. He also said that Former President John Dramani Mahama is entitled to examine the Electoral commission chairperson on form 13 and the changing of total votes cast.

He said the decision taken by the Supreme Court of Justice to deny the petitioner's prayer is so unconvincing and weak, that the Court is shielding the Electoral commission from cross examination. Here is a screenshot of what the Law professor said:
