Daniel Gyebi a grassroot communicator for the NDC has revealed he is much confident that Dr. Bawmia is very much concerned about the flyers campaigning for him as a presidential candidate
The has been a wide growing tension in the New Patriotic Party following the 2020 general elections, where incumbent Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo-Addo retained his seat to complete his second term of office.
In view of this a new candidate must lead the ruling New Patriotic Party come the next general elections, which is scheduled to take place in 2024.
Due to this many party faithfuls have been mentioned to take up the mantle and lead the party in 2024, with name like Dr Bawmia, Alan Kyeremanten and Dr. Akoto all coming up.
And in relation to this many has called on all those people to come clear the air if yes indeed they are not the once behind those calls by many grassroot members of the party.
As a means of setting everything straight, Dr. Mahamudu Bawmia released a letter, stating categorically clear that he has no knowledge concerning all those posters and flyers.
However, Daniel Gyebi an NDC grassroot communicator in the Western North Region believes that statement from the vice president's office is hugely unacceptable.
According to Mr. Gyebi no one can just get up and vouch for someone to take up a position he/she is not aware of and secondly he doesn't think anyone will freely fund for a project in which he/she wouldn't benefits.
Hence, he is challenging Dr. Bawmia to tell us the truth, because that statement from his office is hugely unacceptable.
