The case that attorneys Kojo Oppong-Nkrumah and Henry Nana Boakye, two of the spokespersons for President Nana Akufo-Addo, the second respondent in the continuous political race appeal, are "looking for" to "prompt the Supreme Court against Dr Dominic Ayine", one of the spokespersons of previous President John Mahama, the solicitor, "is an obtrusive lie that should be dismissed by Ghanaians", the overseeing New Patriotic Party (NPP) has said.
In an articulation endorsed by Mr Yaw Buaben Asamoa, Director of Communication, the gathering Dr Ayine should assume full liability for the remarks he passed as of late against the Supreme Court instead of blaming President Akufo-Addo's legitimate representative for impelling the court against the previous agent head legal officer.
"The shocking remarks of Dr Dominic Ayine that: 'For the Supreme Court to decrease the request into a solitary issue appeal is fairly heartbreaking and likens to a foreordained plan to control against the 'applicant in this matter...we believe that the court by this choice has not done individuals of this country an incredible help. As in Ghanaians are keen on knowing the truth...the Justices, today, have not given us motivation to accept that they need individuals of this nation to know reality with regards to what occurred', were intentionally articulated by Dr Ayine and he is exclusively liable for its outcomes", the NPP's assertion said.
