Following the election petition which took place yesterday, after the proceedings, the Supreme Court adjourned the case to today which is 2nd February 2021.
Aseidu Nketia part as the 1st witness came to end on Sunday 1st February after all the cross-examination. Today we will have another witness who will mount the witness box of the petitioner John Dramani Mahama and his name is Dr Michael Kpessa-Wyhte.

Videotapes which were showing Mr Asiedu Nketia, Sammy Gyamfi, Boamah Otokornor, John Dramani Mahama claiming they won the election were displayed at the by the court. After the lawyer for the 2nd respondent, Akoto Ampaw asked the court he wants that videos to be displayed.
