The late and immediate former Member of Parliament for the Mfantseman Constituency popularly known Hon Ekow Quansah passed away on the 9th of October, 2020 after he was attacked by an anonymous Armed Robbers who shot him to dead whiles returning from a campaign at late night with his team.
Hon Ekow Quansah's demise will be one of the unforgettable memories in the New Patriotic Party (NPP) due to how painful his death was and at the peak of the 2020 Election.
Ekow Quansah's Hayford wife who has been identified as Madam Ophelia Hayford is the replacement for his late husband as she is standing as the member of Parliament for the Mfantseman Constituency.
Hon Ekow Quansah died at the age of 49.
Meanwhile, Hon Ekow Quansah's final funeral rite is currently ongoing at the Mankessim School Astro Turf which has saw big dignitaries with the likes of Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, Kennedy Agyapong, Obiri Boahen and other prominent persons.
Hon. Ekow Quansah mortal remains has been laid to laid for Public view before its finally carried to the Mfantseman Cemetery by the Pallbearers for burial.
