The world's economy over the past few months has been through some tough challenges owing it to the COVID-19 pandemic and the current Russian - Ukraine war.
Ghana's economy has not been an exception of these challenges as most Ghanaians are going through hard times.
But the President of the Republic of Ghana , His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwah Akuffo Addo believes Ghana's economy will bounce back in no time.
Speaking at the Founders' Day Luncheon yesterday in Accra with some senior citizens, the President expressed how confident he is about Ghana's economy reviving back to it initial state before it recent challenges .
He said , " I am confident that we will revive and revitalize the economy and put our nation back on the path of rapid economic growth".
The President also believes that the measures and strategies put in place by the government with support from IMF will ensure that the economy bounces back.
During his speech, he also said , " This is a solemn pledge I am making to you. I remain resolutely optimistic about Ghana's future, which I continue to believe is bright ".
The country's economy in 2022 has been tough with Ghanaian most enduring high cost of living.
