
Honorable Okoe Boye, a former NPP representative for the Ledzokuku constituency, endorsed the analysis that voters take into account a candidate's participation in social events, like weddings and funerals, before choosing one for public office.
Regarding that, Dr. Mahamudu, the vice president, has made it a point to at least show up on various occasions when NPP supporters assemble. In light of his aspirations to become president, this is crucial.
He showed up for Alhaji Gibrine Adam, the late NPP constituency chairman for the Mfantseman constituency, funeral today in Saltpond. It should be emphasized that the New Patriotic Party has had a tight hold on the area for some time.
Given his role in helping the party win elections, the Vice President made some promises to the family of the late NPP Chairman.
Some of the constituents also gave the vice president their steadfast support.
