ResidentS of Krobo, Hemang and other communities in the Afigya Kwabre South District of the Ashanti region have expressed worried about the performance of their DCE Hon. Adu Poku during the first term adminstration of Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo as the president.
Residents, had their movements and economic activities disrupted, following the abandoned construction of their bridge that linked them to nearby communities, making life unbearable for them.
Moreover vehicular movements were seriously affected, not excluding the school children who travel to other communities for classes which affect their their academic performance.
According to Mr Anthony Kwaku Amakye, they helped Hon. Adu to get such position as DCE, where after he assumed office turned against them and even threatened them with police and military men to evacuate from their homes with no compensation, if they choose not to obey.
However the aggrieved residents Krobo, Hemang and other nearby communities situated within Afigya Kwabre South District in the Ashanti Region are calling on the president of the 4th Republic of Ghana HE Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo as a matter of urgency demote Hon. Adu Poku as the District Chief Executive.
