Renowned Journalist and Managing Editor of the Insight Newspaper, Mr. Kwesi Pratt has waded into reactions concerning the votes on Ministerial nominees who were earlier rejected at the Appointment Committee level. In what he described as a disappointment, he has descended heavily on the leadership of the opposition NDC Caucus in Parliament over the results of the voting.

According to the outspoken Journalist, the actions of the NDC MPs clearly indicates that, they have no love for the country and the leadership of their party. He registered his resentment over the failure of the MPs to stand by their earlier decision for rejecting them.

This follows after Parliament sat to vote on some 3 Ministerial nominees who were rejected by the Minority members on the Appointment Committee. After a long night of Parliamentary sitting, the official results of the embattled nominees had it that all the 3 nominees; Oppong Nkrumah, Afriyie Akoto and Hawa Koomson had been approved.

Mr. Kwesi Pratt reacting to this development on the Good Morning Africa show hosted by Kwame Owusu Danso today March 4, 2021 he made the following bold declaration;

"This is the most disgraceful day for the National Democratic Congress. This indeed, is a day which suggests in very clear terms that the leadership of the NDC at al levels take their members support for granted."

"It was clear that some supporters were dissatisfied with some of the people who have been nominated. And yet, the MPs went ahead to vote and told their supporters to go to hell. You have failed; I am highly disappointed in you."
