The New Patriotic Party and the Electoral commission have deemed it very nessesory to compile a new register no matter the advise given to them.
Several state organizations, private organizations and individuals have come out to complain about the compilation of a new register. Most have stated clear that, upon their analysis and investigations, they have seen nothing wrong with the old and existing register.
Other individuals have shown worries especially on the amount of monies involved in the compilation of the register.
Several organizations, individuals, and political parties have taken it upon themselves to send the Electoral Commission to court.
The reason behind the compilation of the new register is not really known to the populist although the EC just concludes that, the register is blotted and has ghost names in it.
Our own honorable, Honourable Kenedy Agyapong has finally expressed his view on the compilation of the new voter's register.
Although it is unfortunate he said that about EC and the New Patriotic Party, what he said is true.
