Blame John Mahama For 'Destroying' The Economy Before Leaving Office – Kamal Deen

Yesterday the Finance Minister presented a set of measures to be instituted by the government to stabilize the economic woes of the country. According to Ken Ofori Atta, it was time to share the burden and so that the economy can grow again. He mentioned a number of policies to cut expenses of the country and give way for money to be saved.

On The Big Issue on TV3 today, Friday, March 25, 2022, Kamal Deen, AN NPP Communications Director called on Ghanaians not to blame Ken Ofori Atta because he was doing his best to save the country. Kamal explained that the blame should rather go to the NDC government that preceded the NPP. He talked about the fact that in the past 5 years the government is trying to save the country from the damage that John Mahama and his NDC left behind.

This got Berla to ask why the government is still a previous government after being in power for 6 years. According to Kamal, the mess left by the NDC is too huge and this has cost the government so much effort to clean up. He applauded the Finance Minister and the cabinet for instituting the measures to halt the fall of the economy.
