A member of the communications team of the New Patriotic Party, Hopeson Adoye has dropped some revelations about the plan of some persons in the opposition party(NDC) against Alan Kyeremanteng, who is popularly known as Alan Cash.
Speaking on Okay FM this morning, Hopeson Adoye revealed that some members of the NDC are trying to make Alan Cash unpopular in the upcoming NPP primaries. He added that these members of the NDC have created a strategy to campaign massively for Alan Cash. Since they are in the opposition party campaigning for Alan Cash, many NPP delegates will rather vote for Dr. Bawumia because they wouldn't like to vote for someone who is supported by the members of the opposition party.
Hopeson Adoye revealed that the NDC members believe that if Alan Cash becomes the flag bearer of the NPP, John Mahama will have no chance of winning in the 2024 elections. Due to this, the NDC is trying and finding ways to make Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia the next flag bearer of the NPP.
He also added that Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia is never popular the Alan Cash. He revealed that Alan Cash was very popular in 2007 when he was competing with Nana Akuffo Addo. He clearly stated that the party should bring Alan Cash as the next flag bearer of the party because he has served the party for long.
