Francis Xavier Sosu is currently in a tussle with the Ghana Police Service over his arrest.
The Ghana Police Service has succeeded in filing a criminal case against him in Court and he is expected to appear in Court on November 8, 2021.
Prior to this court action, the Ghanaian Police Service had tried to arrest the MP but for the resistance of the youth of Madina and Parliamentary immunity.
As we await the court action, Edem Agbana has taken to his Facebook page to heap praises on his fellow “Akatamansonian” and encouraged him to remain resolute.
He says the IGP and “his politicians” in uniform cannot stop him.
Edem Agbana further allege that he has always suspected IGP Dampare and he is not proving him wrong at all.
ACP Kwesi Ofori indicated in an interview that the Madina MP has been charged with unlawful assembly and destruction of public properties.
