A former Parliamentary candidate for the People's National Congress (NDC), Honourable Desmond Twumasi Ntow has said that he breaks into laughter whenever he sees Ghana's Vice President mount a podium to address Ghanaians. He has said that, Bawumia addressing Ghanaians is an avenue and an opportunity to brag about the very little his government has achieved.
According to Honourable Desmond, he lost trust in the Vice President Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia the moment he realised how inconsistent he and his boss, Nana Addo Danquah are. He indicated that the country has been "hell" since the Dr. Bawumia got into office, constantly disappointing Ghanaians and confusing the general public with his "unplanned" digitalization agenda.
Desmond Twumasi Ntow made this bold disclosure in an interview on Good Morning Africa show on Pan African TV when making a comment on the informal and formal employment situations in the country. In the interview today, Desmond Twumasi Ntow Ntow punched deep holes into the highly celebrated agenda of Dr. Bawumia.
According to the former parliamentary candidate, he finds it difficult to decipher how Dr. Bawumia is planning to become a President of the country. He indicated he has no believe that when Ghanaians become discerning, they would vote for Dr. Bawumia. In justification to the statement, he indicated that Dr. Bawumia has demonstrated gross inconsistency and dishonesty towards his own people who even voted for his government.
Speaking further, Desmond indicated that most of the intervention programs introduced by Dr. Bawumia are unplanned and intended to create an avenue to loot the state. He questioned how successful the digitization agenda has become, when there are no data on formal and informal employment in the country.
He said, "He will be there laughing and the next moment you will see him come out to tell Ghanaians that I have in the history of the world done this. And that Ghana's digital platform is better than most countries. I laugh whenever I see him come out to say these things because they are all untrue."
