2020 Election: NPP Is Not Going To Get It Easy - Ben Ephson

The renowned pollster and the Chief Editor of the Daily Dispatch, Mr. Ben Ephson has warned the New Patriotic Party ( NPP) to tighten their belt, since the 2020 general elections is not going to be easy for them.

The pollster said, if the NPP take things for granted! They will find themselves in a big shock. He said, the constituticies that the NPP won in the 2016 general elections with slide margins are likely to go off their hands if they do not sit up things.

He added it that, the dangerous area for them is the northern region, Upper East and Upper West regions where they won the seat from the NDC with slim margin.

He said, what makes the NPP won the seats in the Northern, Upper East and Upper West was that, some NDC parliamentary aspirants who were disqualified went independent. He sighted Lawra Constituency as an example, where Bede Zeideng have to contest Anthony Karbo and Independent candidate who happens to be NDC disqualified candidate.

Mr. Ben Ephson said it on Angel Accra fm morning show that, the decision of Abu Samsom to contest independent because he think he was not treated well help the NPP and Anthony Karbo win the seat.

Now the NDC have solved all this issues and everywhere is at peace. Infact candidates who went independent are now campaigning for the NDC parliamentary aspiring candidates. This shows that, the NDC is pious for power.

In all the pollster said, the increase in the voter registrants will have impact on the elections.
