The National Democratic Congress (NDC) have planned to establish task force to monitor effectively on the day of election and make arrest.
This was said by the Director of Elections for the National Democratic Congress Elvis Afriyie Ankrah, that the task will be deployed and collaborate with the national security to Ghana's 275 constituency.
He said the task force named the Citizens Arrest Task Force will assist the Ghana Police Service in ensuring peace during and after election. "Their core role is to arrest and hand over any suspicious character to the police" He said.
Afriyie Ankrah continued that anyone who will try to destruct the electoral process during election 7th December will not be tolerated by the NDC and its will be a threat to Ghana's Democracy.
The flag bearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) John Dramani Mahama has also pledged to ensure peace before, during and after election.
