This was shown after her name was being given to new born baby girl by her(Hon. Hawa Koomson) own personal assistant. The personal Assistant to Hon. Koomson, MP for Awutu Senya East and minister for Fisheries and aquaculture development has publicly shown his love, admiration for his boss by naming his own daughter after her.
At the naming ceremony of the child, Mr. Acheampong, Hon. Hawa Koomson's Personal Assistant pronounced that his daughter will be called Nana Ama Hawa Acheampong. Mr. Acheampong revealed that Hon Hawa has being pivotal in contributing a lot to his success in life. He said the Honourable minister is a good leader that every body can look up to due to her compassion for mankind.
