The former president and 2020 flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress John Dramani Mahama has set the pace with professor Jane Naana Opoku Agyemang by being the first people to fly from Ho airport to Kumasi on Passion Air.
This is the airport the former president was mocked by many for trying to build. Aplus said the airport looked like some kiosk but it was opened for commercial use this year.
This morning, the former president, John Dramani Mahama and his running mate Jane Naana Opoku Agyemang landed at the Ho Airport on Passion Air enroute to Kumasi, the first of its kind and unprecedented ever since the airport was opened up for commercial flights earlier this year.
This is a clear indication that Ghana is gradually opening for regional or domestic air travels to almost all the sixteen (16) regions. It's our duty to support our leaders in building the country for good.
John Dramani Mahama started the Ho airport project before the 2016 general elections with which he lost to president Akufo Addo. The next NPP government took up the project and completed it nicely which was commissioned earlier this year for use.
