
Thousands stroll with Joe Ghartey
A large number of inhabitants in the Essikado-Ketan electorate of the Western Region spilled out on the significant roads inside the voting
public to help their Member of Parliament and the New Patriotic Party parliamentary applicant, Joe Ghartey.
Significant roads at Kojokrom, Kasaworodo, Ketan were totally taken over by inhabitants on Saturday, October 31, 2020, as they rally
behind Mr Ghartey who is looking for re-appointment in the December 7, 2020, parliamentary decisions.
The mammoth group walked through the roads moving and singing and communicated their appreciation and backing for Mr Ghartey.
In 2012, Mr Ghartey held the seat with an edge of 7,675 votes. He surveyed 24, 442 votes (58.1%) and the National Democratic Congress (NDC) applicant at that point surveyed 16,767 votes (39.8%).
In 2016, Mr Ghartey proceeded on his triumphant direction, surveying 24,041 votes (59.3%). The NDC possibility for that year gathered 14,412 votes (35.5%), with the edge of triumph being 9,629 votes.
