According to Kevin Taylor, a broadcast journalist and also a supporter of John Mahama and the NDC, has said on his Facebook live show dubbed With All Due Respect Extended Version that, most of the Ashanti’s are tribalistic people, who don’t want development in the region.
He went on to say that, John Mahama is the perfect president with the vision of Dr. Kwame Nkrumah and can develop the Ashanti region. He also said that, the ethnocentric people of Kumasi should tell him, the major developments president Nana Akufo Addo has brought into their regional capital.
He even said that, Ghanaians must stop partisan politics and allow the competent Ghanaians to run the country and stop electing leaders based on our ethnic and party preferences.
Is it true that, the Ashanti’s don’t want development due to tribalism, as claimed by Kevin Taylor? Kindly drop your opinions in the comments section.
