Nii Lantey Vanderpuye has landed fresh ‘bullets’ as he claims he is embarrassed and disappointed by these ongoing activities. At some point, it is almost impossible to tell which politician is being truthful and who is not being truthful. This is as a result of the rise in selfishness and self-serving individuals in the political field. Most people have their priorities with amassing wealth at the top and disregarding the needs of their people.
Many great men have shared opinions on this and have stated that this is the reason for the rise in poverty for almost a large number of the African countries which are covering the globe. Nii Lantey Vanderpuye whiles making similar statements as stated above in an earlier interview this morning further made some bold declarations which gained the maximum attention.
Nii Lantey Vanderpuye revealed that the ongoing issues in the country concerning the regular borrowing and mismanagement has made him miss the administration of former president, his excellency John Dramani Mahama. Nii Lantey Vanderpuye revealed that when Ghanaians were talking and ranting about him taking loans, he was busily enriching the economy and making roads and other infrastructure.
But this is not what we are seeing today in this present government which seems to serve only one purpose and that is, creating wealth for family and friends. These were words he uttered out of disappointment as the daily rise in discomfort in the lives of the ordinary Ghanaian breaks the hearts of many.
Don’t feel so comfortable, if you think you can destroy the country‘s wealth by snatching it all into your pocket, it won’t fit. Because many came before you but they have died or are no more functional in this field and have left these properties bare- he stated whiles lambasting and criticizing officials who have the intentions of amassing huge wealths for themselves as they are in power.
