One of the famous youth icons in the Savannah Region and the immediate past Parliamentary candidate on the ticket of NPP in the Sawla-Tuna- Kalba constituency, Hon. Seidu Nuhu Banasco, has been honored by organizers of the National Young Achievers Awards as the young achiever in advocacy and activism.
In a citation read before the physical presentation of a plaque to Hon. Banasco, the group described the youth icon as someone who has contributed immensely to his motherland in field of endeavor.
They also described Hon. Banasco as someone who had carved a niche for himself as spearheading the development of the his country.
The group noted that awarding such a youth development agent leads to a brighter future.
Receiving the award, Hon. Banasco thanked the group for the honor bestowed on him and others who had also won in the categories nominated.
This recognition, the youth activist posited would spur him on to give off his best in the area he has chosen to concentrate his passion.
The National Young Achievers Award (NYAA) is a national recognition platform designed to publicly honor exceptional youth between the ages of 15–35, who have excelled in various sectors of the country, with the hope of preparing them for responsible leadership.
