IGP Has Turned Into a "Puppet of a Corrupt Regime" Protecting Gang of Thieves In Govt - George Opare

Public Youth Organizer of the biggest resistance National Democratic Congress(NDC), George Opare Addo, has communicated his loathing with the demeanour and execution of the Inspector General of Police, Dr George Akuffo Dampare.

As per him, Dr. George Akuffo Dampare, who by goodness of his arrangement as an IGP made numerous Ghanaians hurl a murmur of help with the expectation that he would keep up with the rule of law in the nation, has now transformed into a "manikin of a bad system".

George Opare Addo blamed the IGP for doing the offering of the Akufo-Addo/Bawumia government rather than him executing his expert obligations.

"While the Inspector General of Police, Dr George Akuffo Dampare partook in the generosity of Ghanaians when he was delegated, and displayed qualities of an upstanding official prepared to respect the precepts of his calling, he has ended up being a manikin of a bad system. Annoyingly, the IGP, without beating around the bush, has cut an unenviable specialty for himself as somebody hilariously keen on safeguarding a posse of cheats in government as opposed to the exceptionally needy individuals whose charges he is benefiting from," he raged in a proclamation located by

The NDC National Youth Organizer further said, "the Dampare-drove Police organization addresses one unquestionable reality - that the Police order, against the desires of a portion of its lesser officials, have committed to battle any good natured Ghanaian who thinks for even a moment to scrutinize the wanton dissemination of scant assets by the crazy Akufo Addo/Bawumia government".

He offered these remarks corresponding to a court activity by the Police to defeat the exhibition planned for June 28 to 29, 2022 by pressure bunch, Arise Ghana.

As per a Police explanation, "in light of a legitimate concern for Public Order and security, we beseeched the coordinators to re-examine the time period and begin the showing promptly in the day and end before sunsets" yet "on June 22, 2022, the Police got a verbal reaction from the coordinators such that they can't change the hour of the exhibit".

"Because of the absence of understanding between the Police and the coordinators on the ideal opportunity for showing and area for their arranged picketing, the Police have had no choice except for to present the cycle to the court for an assurance. This was properly conveyed to Arise Ghana in a letter on June 20, 2022," the assertion further read.

To George Opare Addo, "the Police order have taken up this treacherous attack piece since they are assistant in the irrational assaulting of our dear country".

He stood firm on this foothold on the grounds that, "a dissent, for example, the Arise Ghana exhibit ought to and should be embraced by each Ghanaian who hopes everything works out for this country. The main foes would be the lawbreakers in government stealing from the State, and tragically, the Police order seems to have joyfully gone along with them as their defensive cover".

He inquired; "If the Akufo-Addo/Bawumia government has performed as per the general inclination of all, how could it be remote-controlling the IGP to impede a serene road fight?"

He proceeded with that, "history has it that bombed legislatures, similar to the Akufo-Addo/Bawumia government, consistently resort to debilitating of if not free State organizations to have a field day to take without anybody raising a winker".

The NDC National Youth Organizer guaranteed President Nana Akufo-Addo and Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia that "the IGP and his companions might be sleeping with them today, however the moment of retribution where the Ghanaian public would agree 'nothing more will be tolerated' is presently here with us".
